Immersa nella verde e bella Umbria, Villa il Sasseto è un elegante e panoramico casale in pietra di 240 mq inserito in un parco di uliveti di 5000 mq e completamente recintato. Al confine con la Toscana e a 15 minuti d’auto dall’ autostrada per andare a Roma, Siena, Firenze e molte altre città interessanti da visitare, Villa il Sasseto è perfettamente collegata ed al tempo stesso è anche un luogo tranquillo in grado di regalare all’ospite senso di pace e genuinità.
Immersed in the green and beautiful Umbria, Villa il Sasseto is an elegant and panoramic stone farmhouse of 240 square meters set in a park of olive groves of 5000 square meters and completely fenced. On the border with Tuscany and a 15-minute drive from the highway to go to Rome, Siena, Florence and many other interesting cities to visit, Villa il Sasseto is perfectly connected and at the same time it is also a quiet place able to give the guest a sense of peace and authenticity.
Alloggio
Si accede alla proprietà' da un cancello elettrico e percorrendo una brevissima strada privata si arriva al parcheggio esterno dove è possibile far sostare fino a 3 auto.
Al piano terra si trova l'ingresso con ampio soggiorno e dining con caratteristico camino e grandi portefinestre con vista sul giardino e sul portico. Collegata, un’ampia cucina completamente attrezzata e ed un capiente tavolo per colazioni o pranzi all’interno. Spostandoci a destra rispetto all’ingresso, troveremo una camera da letto matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia ed un piccolo ripostiglio.
Tramite una caratteristica scalata interna si accede al primo piano dove troviamo 2 camere da letto matrimoniali molto ampie con bagno en suite dotato di doccia e completamente separate fra loro per garantire la giusta privacy.
Al piano superiore si può accedere anche da un’entrata esterna e separata.
In tutti i bagni è presente un asciugacapelli, prodotti per l’igiene personale e set di asciugamani.
La villa è dotata di riscaldamento, aria condizionata in tutte le camere e zanzariere in tutte le finestre.
Housing Accomodation
The property is accessed by an electric gate and along a very short private road you arrive at the outdoor parking lot where it is possible to park up to 3 cars.
On the ground floor there is the entrance with a large living room and dining room with characteristic fireplace and large French windows overlooking the garden and porch. Connected, a large fully equipped kitchen and a large table for breakfast or lunches inside. Moving to the right of the entrance, we will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a small closet.
A characteristic internal staircase leads to the first floor where we find 2 very large double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower and completely separated from each other to ensure the right privacy.
The upper floor can also be accessed from an external and separate entrance.
Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries and towel sets.
The villa is equipped with heating, air conditioning in all rooms and mosquito nets in all windows.
Esterni
Gli esterni sono il fiore all’occhiello della struttura, a cominciare dal portico attrezzato con un grande tavolo per godersi i pasti all’aperto al quale si accede tramite le portefinestre del soggiorno. Poi un piccolo angolo dove rilassarsi e vicino un barbecue professionale ed un altalena per i più piccoli.
Un bel prato rigoglioso ed un sentiero fanno da apripista alla bellissima piscina di 9 mt per 4 circondata da piante di ulivi secolari e accessoriata da angolo salotto e grande ombrellone.
La piscina è usufruibile da maggio a settembre.
Nella parte dietro della villa c’è uno spazio lavanderia molto ordinato e curato.
Tutti gli spazi esterni sono dotati di illuminazione separata che è possibile comandare da un piccolo telecomando o tramite interruttori e che conferisce un ambiente notturno davvero suggestivo, sopratutto nello spazio piscina.
Exteriors
The exteriors are the pride of the structure, starting with the porch equipped with a large table to enjoy outdoor meals which is accessed through the French windows of the living room. Then there is a small sitting area where you can relax and nearby a professional barbecue and a swing for the little ones.
A beautiful lush lawn and a path lead the way to the beautiful swimming pool of 9 meters by 4 surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and equipped with a sitting area and large umbrella.
The swimming pool is open from May to September.
At the back of the villa there is a very neat and well-kept laundry area.
All outdoor spaces are equipped with separate lighting that can be controlled by a small remote control or via switches and which gives a truly evocative nocturnal environment, especially in the pool area.
